Garlic Bread Recipe। Dr Manju Antil। How to make garlic bread

Garlic bread is a delicious and easy-to-make side dish that goes well with many meals. Here's a simple recipe to make it:

Ingredients:

1 large loaf of bread (Italian bread or French baguette works well)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the bread into slices, but not all the way through the bottom. Leave a little bit of bread connecting the slices at the bottom so that the bread stays together.

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Use a knife or a small spoon to spread the garlic butter mixture generously between each slice of bread.

Wrap the loaf of bread in aluminum foil, making sure to cover it completely.

Place the wrapped bread on a baking sheet and bake it in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is heated through and the butter has melted and soaked into the bread.

Remove the bread from the oven and unwrap it. Turn the oven to broil and place the bread back in the oven for a few minutes to brown the top of the bread.

Serve the garlic bread warm and enjoy!

Note: You can also add grated parmesan cheese or mozzarella cheese on top of the bread before broiling it, if you want a cheesy garlic bread.
