Ingredients (8 spring rolls)
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 carrots
0.25 leek
2 cups cabbage
8 spring roll wrappers
Steps:
1. Set your oven to 200C.
2. Start by chopping the cabbage into thin strips. Shred the carrot and finely chop the leek.
3. Sauté the veggies until soft.
4. Add some filling in the center of the spring roll wrap, and fold it like a burrito (see video).
5. Bake until crispy and golden brown, enjoy!
