Cheeku shake banana bahut hi aasaan hai aur yeh ek swasth aur tasty drink hai. Iske liye aapko kuchh samagri ki zarurat hogi:

Samagri:
2 cheeku (chopped)
1 glass doodh
2 chammach cheeni (ya swad anusar)
4-5 ice cubes

Vidhi:
1. Cheeku ko dho kar chhilke se alag kar lein aur chote tukdon mein kaat lein.
2. Mixer mein cheeku, doodh, cheeni aur ice cubes daal kar achche se blend karein.
3. Agar shake bahut gada ho, to doodh ki matra ko kam karke phir se blend karein.
4. Shake ko ek pyaali mein nikal kar serve karein.
