Ek bada aam, chheelkar kata hua
1 cup doodh
1-2 chammach chini (ya apne swaad anusar)
4-5 ice cubes
Vidhi:
1. Ek blender mein kata hua aam, doodh, chini aur ice cubes daal dein.
2. Sabhi samagriyon ko ache se blend karein, taaki sabhi chizon ka achi tarah se mix ho jaye aur shake banane ke liye tayyar ho jaye.
3. Agar aapka shake jyada gadha hai, toh usmein thoda sa aur doodh daal kar mila sakte hain.
4. Ab aapka mango shake tayyar hai! Isse ek glass mein nikal kar thanda karke serve karein.
