INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
3. 2 cloves garlic sliced thinly 
4. 2 boxes chickpeas, drained & rinsed
5. 1 cup marinara sauce
6. 8 oz vegan Greek yogurt
7. 1 tbsp dried oregano
8. 1 tbsp sumac
9. Salt & pepper to taste

METHOD
Here is the recipe, in which first of all you need to Start by heating your oil over medium heat, after then add the garlic and red pepper,d sauté for about a minute very carefully. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to them a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. The longer you simmer the more it will dry out.
