Navratri is a festival celebrated in India with great enthusiasm and devotion. During Navratri, many people observe a fast and follow a specific diet, known as the Navratri diet. Here are some dishes you can make during Navratri:

Sabudana Khichdi: Sabudana Khichdi is a popular Navratri dish made from tapioca pearls. To make this dish, soak sabudana in water overnight, then drain the excess water and mix it with peanuts, potatoes, green chilies, and salt. Cook it on a low flame for a few minutes until it becomes soft and fluffy.

Kuttu Ki Puri: Kuttu ki puri is a fried bread made from buckwheat flour. To make this dish, mix buckwheat flour with water, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Roll the dough into small puris and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Aloo Jeera: Aloo jeera is a simple dish made from potatoes and cumin seeds. To make this dish, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, followed by chopped potatoes, green chilies, and salt. Cook until the potatoes are soft and tender.

Lauki ki Sabzi: Lauki ki sabzi is a curry made from bottle gourd. To make this dish, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, followed by chopped bottle gourd, green chilies, and salt. Cook until the bottle gourd is soft and tender, then add yogurt and cook for a few more minutes.

Fruit Salad: A simple and healthy Navratri dessert is a fruit salad. Cut up your favorite fruits such as apples, bananas, oranges, pomegranate, and mix them together with some honey and lime juice.

Note: During Navratri, it is important to avoid grains like wheat, rice, and lentils. Instead, people opt for ingredients like buckwheat flour, potatoes, and sabudana. Also, make sure to use rock salt instead of regular salt as it is considered pure during the festival.
